Villa Pauk is located on the island of Žižanj in the Zadar archipelago. The island is 4 nautical miles away from Pakoštane and the boat's ride is about 15 minutes. There are 15 houses on the island itself. It is located on a land of 4000 m2 and offers the possibility of an exclusive and romantic holiday for tourists who love peace, quiet, and privacy. For clean sea lovers, there is a private stone beach with its own docks, and for children and non-swimmers on one of the 4 terraces, there is a swimming pool with seawater and a large straw umbrella. The house is powered by solar electricity and has running water from the tank with a total volume of 10000 liters. In case of power failure, there is a diesel aggregate.
